  • Created an original finding aid for the collection using ArchivesSpace

  • Developing conservation plan for a collection of 20th-century aerial photographs in the Fairchild Aerial Surveys Collection and Spence Air Photos Collection, including 130,000+ glass negatives, 80,000+ prints, 7,000+ lantern slides, accompanying documents, and objects such as cameras, viewers, and plotters
  • Creating conservation and arrangement plan for Harold W. Fairbanks Collection of terrestrial California photographs on glass and film, dated between 1895-1910
  • Researching funding for digitization initiative and GIS visualization efforts to facilitate access for researchers and foster interdisciplinary scholarship using the photo collections as primary resources
  • Updating mission statement, copyright, and terms of use agreements to facilitate ethical public access

  • Processed and cataloged the Jerry McMillan photographs of the Los Angeles art scene in the 1960s and 1970s, including development of a processing plan, rehousing, research, and creation of an original finding aid using ArchivesSpace
  • Researched early prints in the Robert Mapplethorpe papers and photographs, 1850–2011, for a project making Mapplethorpe’s portfolios of professional work in the 1970s and 1980s accessible to researchers in their original presentation formatting
  • Arranged and described the Guy de Cointet audiovisual material and storyboards collection for the GRI catalog record
  • Indexed and researched names from correspondence in the G. Cramer Oude Kunst gallery collection, including reading German and Dutch
